The bank can return accounts without resource ID, which is expected behaviour.
The reason for this might be because the user doesn’t have the rights to this account or didn’t choose the account when logging in to the bank.
- This leads to the account being unavailable (can’t get transactions, balances, etc.)
- If there are no available accounts (accounts with resource ID) a “No consent for the subscriber's account” error will be sent.
The PSU will need to try reconnecting their account and ensure the right permissions have been granted or, contact their bank directly to check they have the permissions to be able to grant consent.
