I am getting a 502 error on the Dashboard, what do I do?

Before anything, please try these basic troubleshooting steps:

  •  Clear browser cache and history 
  •  Close browser
  •  Restart your computer
  •  Log back into your account
     

If the issue still persists, please contact us via our help centre. Please attach a screenshot or a screen recording of an error and share console logs with us (please check Where do I find dashboard console logs?). This information will help us identify and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
