No, Token.io does not support Elixir Express. All PLN payments processed through our connections in Poland will be using the standard Elixir rails.
You can check which banks support the Elixir scheme using the /GET banks endpoint. Look for the "supportedTransferDestinationTypes" field to see if Elixir is listed.
